The tense in the caption above suggests that the platform WILL be re-opened for Greenford services. The platform has been in use for a couple of years already for the Greenford shuttle

 For buildings and such try the local council archives for the subject,  I researched the S.E.Stevens Wagon Works in Doncaster, the town  archive centre had the original   plan and scaled drawings, drawn on linen,  of the works buildings submitted by the Architect and approved signed off for construction in 1896, together with  more plans for later expansion to the Works.  in council parlance,  they plans were known as building control plans
