SpoorObjecten
Always a pleasure to see people liking the pictures Let's see if I have some pictures I haven't showed yet. I'll start with a render. On a dutch forum a topic about signal houses got my attention. It appears that there is a lack of those things inside (no clue how you call em', note: I'm from 91 ) Well there are, but they don't really look dutch. Remember the BSI couplers? Well here is a picture of a painted version (Thanks to Romar Keijser!!) Oh and some trains printed in colo(u)r: And in addition, I had some fun with making this render: Edited January 17, 2014 by SpoorObjecten

Similar ones existed at some French stations where they would be open to the platform adjacent to the stationmaster's office.
PeterGrant
I like the painted version, the colour is so vibrant. How did you come up with idea? Oh but wait, I think it would look better if you used coloured filaments. That would be more natural than rendering them some paint. I used 3D2print.net ABS and PLA filaments in different colours, so far, the outcome is very impressive.
Etched Pixels
I think you'll find thats standard Shapeways colour 3D printing (with a bit of polishing)
ChrisH-UK
Nice stuff, I use 3DsMax too, but my railway models have a lot less faces than anything you've done, then again so far all of the equipment I've started modelling has been highly angular. I have considered doing something Spoorweggy but I already have too many money-pit hobbies, however that underscale Rivarossi unit looks like it would make a nice display model, I'm guessing it's long gone from shops. Thanks Chris H
