Got another "Dutch" 37 project coming split head code 37088 :paint: :mail:

Just waiting on parts to arrive for this.. :senile:

Don't forget the external steampipes + boiler port on this one - had them all the way through, even to Wigan CRDC!

Using another cheap Bachmann 37514 from popular model shop

Ive just renumber it to 37505,and new decals too,now its 37505 Transrail, heavy weatherd :paint: using old pictures...

How have you managed to add the rivet strips that were on this loco's roof? I am also planning to turn 514 into 505 (leaving it in RfM livery though) but I am still looking for a suitable product to add the roof strips.

cheers

After finding the right 37 body with the correct 37/4 body vents,i went to work spraying the loco up in BR blue paint.

Then order some decals from fox transfers :mail:

the varnish finish could have been better, but this hot weather doesnt help out in my workshop.

Good to see a SB R/F Grey Red stripe 37 - but 068 still needs some red paint on those lower nose edges -  perhaps an oversight ? , otherwise it's something different -  I'm surprised Bach have not produced more SB 37's especially in R/F Grey and 3T Grey sector liveries.
