Alcanman
Here's another interesting livery variation. 66740 in Freightliner colours without branding. The loco had been purchased by Gbrf and is seen here working one of the last North Blyth - Lynemouth Alcan trip workings on 1st March 2012. The driver has decided to put his feet up while he waits for the Alcan Unilok to sort out loaded PCAs to return to Lynemouth. Mal

Peter Kazmierczak
Juut before sunset, as the evening light fails, an EWS Cl.66 heads westwards near Ferryside with discharged Murco tanks for Robeston. Usually these trains are in the hands of Cl.60s, though Cl.66s can appear on occasion.
