Not a great pic, but a useful record shot of two FOC locos working together and not DIT. Both locos working hard on a long and heavy consist of MHA/MTA/JJA/YKA/MRA's. Interesting to hear that there is a distinctive difference in sound from the two locos - one being a "standard" engine, and one a low emission variant. It was stabled right by the buffers, feeling rather sorry for itself as its #5 traction motor was isolated too. Eccles Road 66198 on 6L39, 06:37, Mountsorrel Sdgs - Trowse Yard Redland Siding (11:51) - loaded stone (10 HKA + 10 PGA) time passes, the train gets unloaded ... or does it ? 66198 on 6M43, 18:13, Trowse Yard Redland Siding - Mountsorrel Sdgs (22:22) - loaded stone (6 PGA) Leaving 4 PGA and 10 HKA at Trowse. The mini stone was apparently still loaded too, so presumably something has gone wrong somewhere.
