YesTor
Aside from the PINK, the inclusion of those white stripes result in the ONE logo straying half onto the roofline - which makes the whole 'design' appear ill-conceived (I say 'design' with tongue firmly in cheek...) and at best simply looks clumsy. Surely a simpler approach would have been plain pink with the logo more centrally positioned. There truly are some appalling graphic designers around these days, it seems.

Alcanman
With the downturn in coal traffic, coal trains on the Blyth & Tyne are becoming a rare sight these days. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that a relatively new traffic flow is being operated by DB Cargo. Even more surprising as EWS/DBC coal trains haven't been seen on the B&T for some years. 12 noon today and EWS/DBC 66057 is at Winning, Northumberland with Tees yard - North Blyth coal empties. The second photo shows 66057 on the return working (3.00pm) at Newsham.
RMweb Gold rodent279 Posted July 4, 2019 RMweb Gold Share Posted July 4, 2019 Is it me, or are sheds getting a bit more attention these days? I suppose being a bit long in the tooth at 20-odd years, they are becoming something of a classic.
