Oh sorry, you posted before I got around to posting my response, must stop having more than one copy of RMweb open. 

 

 

Only trouble is I now need 2 to compare the photos ;P Cos you are over two pages........

In post... #142......Dover Town Yard, I have shewn some tanks I bought...............in time and a little effort, I hope to use them.........to depict these............

 

odds are,someone will point out they are the wrong type............

In the drought of 1987........I am led to believe, these were hauled by MLv's, to various depot's in the SE region, to replenish Carriage Washing plant's.

 

Tank's were filled at Dover Priory's........Artesian well. Shewn below......
