Im planning to make some stone loads for my (Hornby) OAA wagons nexted.... :senile:

Others will doubtless point this out, but OAAs (and ZDA Squid), along with OBA (Bass), were seldom, if ever, used for stone. Typical loads would be drainage pipes, bundled sleepers, packing that had arrived with sleepers on flat wagons and similar for engineer's use. In Revenue use, loads included sheeted reeled paper, tiles, bricks, concrete blocks and various other bits. Martyn Read's pages have some useful high views showing loads:-

OAA http://ukrailwaypics.smugmug.com/UKRailRollingstock/O/OAA-dropside-open-wagons

OBA http://ukrailwaypics.smugmug.com/UKRailRollingstock/O/OBA-drop-side-open-wagons

OCA http://ukrailwaypics.smugmug.com/UKRailRollingstock/O/OCA-dropside-open-wagon

ZDA are include under the type of origin, as EWS/DBS make no difference between railway and external clients, so 'Departmental' doesn't exist for them.
