Sounds like you have already experimented with that Jaz...

 

Give it ago Jaz, a person like you could always lift it up and start over again, if it looks wrong or not realistic, plus the comments on here of cause by the pro's....

Ive got few up close pictures of dirty/messy seacow,dogfish,clam,wagons at Healy mills freight yard.and few at other locations i use.. :mail:

Have you got any Mainline blue seacows weathered??

Yer sure have!! ile dig some photos out Ken..

 

I've got some of those to in mainline blue, pre weathered, I came across them in my sort through I didn't think I had any of them neither... so bonus...

I thought I bought some Dutch versions at your club shop, but perhaps I both then, I know that I have the mainline ones as I had them out on Tuesday...

Ive added some extra detailing to my little red "Hornby" crane.

Its now diesel powered!! and has driverd cab,and exhaust stack fitted...

Tonight ive started to "lightly" weather up two of my Dapol network rail (IOA) ballast deep wagons.. :paint:

next wil be little rust here and there,then ballast.... :senile:  :mail:

any pics?

Bought twin coach set from Bachmann of (test coaches) this week.

Then had go of doing my own rusty roof mk1s...

 

Coach on the left is the new weather/rust mk1 from Bachmann,

the one on the right is my weathered and rust effects....
