Where was this superb picture taken Martin?

Hi John,

Sorry, I don't know. It is linked from a photography slideshow site rather than a railway site. The image owner hasn't put a watermark with any contact details.

It's the slideshow on Radio Paradise: http://radioparadise.com/rp_2s.php

A not-for-profit online radio channel with no interruptions, just 24/7 music and a themed slideshow. Great to have on your TV while working.

Picture editor Mike has a database of over 49,000 images. I'm pleased to say that he has accepted over 100 of my submissions, and does use them quite often. It's pleasing to look up and notice one of your own photos being displayed to the whole world. There are quite often evocative railway images on there -- lots of songs have been written about trains and railroads. I have posted some of them earlier in this topic. If you enjoy them send Bill a donation: http://radioparadise.com  smile.gif

regards,

Martin.

Single Car DMMU P125 heads away from Terras Bridge towards Looe in July 1984.

Looks like we've got a new theme here, "trains through the trees". I like it.
