emperor3005
I am trying to bend plastic there is only two methods that i can think of a chopping the sheet and bending it in slats our scribing down into the plastic to make the curve has anybody tried this and is it the best option? shortliner
Really depends how tight it needs to be, and what sort of plastic it is - if it is styrene and you want a reasonably large curve - tape the sheet to a glass bottle and immerse in fairly hot (NOT boiling water for ten minutes - when it cools it should have adopted the curve
JeffP
As above, quite small curves can be made with thinner sheets, even sized down to mm scale boiler size.
