Sadly not all. I have a copy of a video (from the internet) that shows some poor bloke on the roof of a train stood in the platform at some station in India. You know what is going to happen but you are just willing him not to touch the overheads - and then he does. Not a pretty sight and quite shocking (no pun intended), and you can see several people on the platform visibly shocked by the event - maybe these few 'witnesses' at least are better educated to the dangers of overhead electrification.
mpb56125
68023 failed north of Wigan this morning. 57304 was sent from Crewe and dragged it back to Crewe. After a few hours, 86639 & 86605 took the stock from Crewe to Longsight Depot. Mark Edited May 15, 2019 by mpb56125

Zomboid
First electrically hauled TPE Mk5s? A pair of 86s probably isn't what you'd have expected to do that job. 1

Wickham Green
Or you could have a narrow gauge loco on a totally inappropriate wagon that's far too small for it - and a toy-like wagon with absolutely no brakes to boot ! This is, of course supposed to be a UK thread - so I'd better comment that it's a most improbable-looking loco, too, to British eyes ! Mind you the West Suburban Line into New Street is already crowded, so If either came to pass they would surely go to Snow Hill.

Zomboid
If it's a lack of power that's being alluded to, 800s would have no trouble getting up the hill from Bromsgrove. Provided they're allowed to do it with their pans up.

Can't see the second one ever happening tbh.
