That was me doing the drifting. The railway itself has featured in Garden Rail. I know how it feels to split the points. Driver and signalman both suspended after this incident. The engineer responsible for the interlocking had better watch out too. Edited March 17, 2021 by Chris M

RMweb Gold The Pilotman Posted March 18, 2021 RMweb Gold Share Posted March 18, 2021 Have we had a golden locomotive in these pages yet? If not, how about this one. I saw this very loco this morning parked up in a siding in Osnabrück Hafen but wasn’t able to stop and get a picture. This one of the same loco is by Nathan Vos on Flickr.

I quite often see a class 66 type loco stabled over the weekend and always wonder if it’s an exile from the UK. Actually, I saw two this morning; the other was was dark green and hauling a load of scrap wagons into the Hafen sidings but was too far away to see a number.

That's still here, and a 4 door loco. Not saying it isn't an ex- UK loco though ! Cheers, Phil.

I thought it was supposed to include the running number. Mel_H
Fancy a Freightliner class 70 + 66 lashup? And, if you've got 39 wagons (a mix of open box and hoppers), you can recreate Wednesday's (17/3/21) 3,600 tonnes Tunstead-Wembley trial run!

RMweb Premium melmerby Posted March 19, 2021 RMweb Premium Share Posted March 19, 2021 That ghastly thing was imposed on the Wolverhampton - Euston commuters I saw it several times when running on the route, managed to avoid it.
