The commissioner type production model seems to be that the design work is done by the factory as well as the physical manufacture. If the factory has produced the CAD files then they may still have them and have ownership. Who knows, so many stories floating about and nobody knows the true situation other than parties to whatever agreement was in place between DJM and the factory.
