PeterR
Hi, I have a GA of the 1906 design CCT for the GNSR, which are 17 ft long. Does anyone know of any photos of them please? There were 4 built, two as NPCS stock (14 & 15), and two as goods vehicles. They have outside framing, and very wide for the period at 9 foot overall; also there are no side doors shown. Steve Sykes
You could try contacting Keith Fenwick, the editor of the GNSRA Journal at Editor@GNSRA.org.uk, who is the author of the Lightmoor book on GNSR carriages. I suspect if anyone knows of a photo it will be him.
PeterR
Hi Steve, Thanks for the reply. Already done that and he does not know of one - also I have sent a note to the GNSR assn to see if they are aware of one, basically I am trying to cover all avenues to see if one is known to be lurking somewhere.
