RMweb Gold simon b Posted March 5, 2017 RMweb Gold Share Posted March 5, 2017 The layout's looking great, would love to see this in person when it's up and running. What's the building next to the flats going to be?
Reddibus
Work is continuing on Smallwood. We have now wired the point motors into the DCC accessary decoder on the station baseboard and we are now making more of the building that make up the town area. Also the glazing has been completed on the station canopy – just now need to weather it!

Reddibus
Hi Simon The building next to the flats will be a block of shops with flats above them. The idea is that we are modelling a small part of what in reality would be a much larger shopping centre thanks from the Smallwood team

RMweb Gold simon b Posted March 22, 2017 RMweb Gold Share Posted March 22, 2017 Looking good, the staggered entrance/exit to the lower level is particularly effective. Is the rearmost tunnel the br line and the line the tanks are on private?

Reddibus
Hi Simon Yes with the two tunnel lines the one nearest the locomotive is the access to the private owner sidings and the rear line is the BR line. The Class 37 is sitting on a short siding that will be used to stable the BR locomotives thanks
