lightengine Posted February 11, 2014 Share Posted February 11, 2014 Recently RM Web has been signing me out when I have been inactive for a while. Prior to this I remained signed in continuously. I have been using RM Web on my tablet since joining and as far as I know I have not changed any settings on the tablet. Has anyone an idea how to stay signed in please? steve22 Posted April 14, 2014 Share Posted April 14, 2014 This happens to me occasionally. The other thing is when I follow an external link (I think that's the right phrase?). When I come back, most times I'm no longer signed in. Click the top left hand arrow (to go back a step) and I'm signed in again. No real hardship, I just accept it now.
