Hello and good day !

Thank you very much for your comments.

Ok for new pictures this evening.

I fall in love British Railways this summer, and when i comeback in France, i have stopped my FRENCH Layout to begin this new layout in 00 Gauge. I pass long time on the web to search pictures on british locomotives, signal box, stations, bridges, etc. to inspired me and for documentation. Before the return, at Glasgow station i bought a number of railways magazine and find pub of Hatton's. I began to buy locomotives, wagons, coachs, tracks, cars, etc...

Il you want, it's possible for me to present the layout since the beginning ?

Good evening,
Here is the photo which shows a more general view (sight ?) of the layout.

The layout  is an oval. it consists of a double track way and several siding track. In the center, there is a scenic separator.

I apologize for my very bad English.

When I would have a little more time I shall present you the layout since its creation.

I leave to the mountain in a few days, but in my return, I shall show you other photos.

If, there are things or details which seem to you completely false, please said it me. It is very hard to reproduce the atmosphere of another country than his, and we can make errors.

I am very satisfied that the layout pleases to you. It is an honor for me to receive your compliments. Thanks to all.

Adding on to the comment regarding timber traffic made by Rob, a few Grainflow wagons for the whisky distilleries would also set a distinctive Scottish mood....they are not currently produced as far as I know but Lima and Bachmann have previously manufactured these wagons and you could pick them up off ebay easily enough.

Hello to everybody,

There is a few weeks, I was contacted by a French modelist who practises the 00 gauge to invite me to join a site of European modelistsr (mainly Spanish, French, Italian and English) which shared theirs layouts on a single website.

I do not any more manage to find the URL of this site... :scratchhead:

Do you know this site?

If it is yes, thank you very much.
