rcmacchipilot
Noting the new modular layout that's happening in the UK and the really positive response it has received? Has this ever been done in Australia? Would there ever be enough interest to get something like that going over here? Just a though to get some discussion going. rcmacchipilot
I guess it does I was more thinking of freemo units with a British feel to them.
Glorious NSE
http://free-mo.org.au/ Not sure what prototype they are following however, I suspect not British (links to photo's show Australian and US power?) - but they may be worth talking to as locals working on the same kind of thing... rcmacchipilot
Yeah there are a few aus fremo groups around, but no one that does OO that I am aware of. That is surprising as UK loco's and rolling stock are probably the most prevalent over here. If you are modelling aus trains the cost goes up a fair bit as well ( although in fairness the quality of the models is also excellent too. Found this.... definitely drool worthy. http://www.zababov.cz/vs/Klub/Akce/F2003-05/Kolejiste.htm
