Bought this and the previous tv (a 21" JVC in 1991, quite big for the time!) from John Lewis - very happy with their price, long guarantee and free delivery. The JVC broke down and they fixed it quickly, no problem. My mum has a 40" Sony from 3 years ago (also from John Lewis) - good tv, but flashes up SONY each time it's switched on which is a drag. Today at John Lewis we bought a 40" (up from our original 32" idea) LG wifi smart tv. Delivery next week. Richer Sounds were equally good value.
