witherbrow
Morning all A good few years ago model rail had a small article where the used a Dapol engine shed kit, cut it in half and made a china clay warehouse (i think) out of it. Does anybody have a picture of this available? or even a picture of your own conversion would be good too, I'm between the idea of going for a standard metcalfe small warehouse or doing my own conversion of the engine shed and a couple of other kits. an contribution is helpful Regards - Ash

jazz
That brings back memories. Not being into 00 now, I had not realised this ex Airfix shed was still doing the rounds. I had one on my layout around the late 1950's early 1960's. Still looking just as good in todays market and, as you say, a useful item for inventive kit bashing.
