Stanley Melrose Posted October 21, 2014 Share Posted October 21, 2014 I have been trying to source some insulating tube to overcome a self-inflicted problem caused by over-enthusiastic drilling out of a Bachmann gear as I was converting a OO diesel loco from 16.5mm to 18.83mm gauge. I need one insulating muff ~2.2mm OD 1.5mm ID and having searched the internet find that the 2mm Scale Association sells an Acetal muff that looks as if it would do the job. I freely admit that I am not a member of that Society and don't see the need to join but I would like to purchase one of their muffs - part number 3-103.
