That model and the loco prior to that will be re-designed from scratch at a later date owing to a change in scale. I do have another remedy for cost cutting. It can be seen in post #8 on page 1. The same method is used for all featureless faces of my models. Since Shapeways and I.materialise both charge by volume rather than bounding box I will stick with my method and it still gives the locos a rigid frame. Cheers! JBM.
