SIDI FONTANA MOROCCO 1916 scale 1/72

Recommended Posts

I have finished my layout. I need just to add 4 rolling stocks and two more locomotives (one Baldwin and one decauville) as soon as they will be released bu Minitirains and Bachmann.

The layout will be exhibited for the first time at Sedan Ramma in France in 15 days.

A general overview of the layout.

The exhibition was excellent with beautiful layouts like Punta Marina and many others.

My layout run well but I have minor defaults to correct like the lighting too yellowish.

Here a shoot of the true decauville rolling stocks in Morocco from Loco Revue Magazine.

Great to see layout in Voie Libre, but there is a muddle over the scale. On the cover it says 1/87, in the article it says 1/76, and the heading here says 1/72. I have no problem with using bits from different scales, but would be less confusing for some if it only used one scale when writing about it. I know some of the Minitrain  models are a bit of a mixture with respect to scale, but they tend to blend in.

The scale is 1/76 with figures at 1/72 and for the locos and rolling stock it's between 1/76 and 1/87.
