Nuremberg 2015

TTDB

Recommended Posts

I see all these threads on the uk modelling section for "crystal ball" guesses of who's going to make what in the coming year, years ago we had to wait for the conti mod Nuremberg report but now with the internet we even find out before the show with several makers giving details in January , so get reading your crystal balls and add replies as to what you think we will see ( not what you want) in 2015.

I would like to think Bemo will have one of these on its 2015 list - sorry I am not being intentionally sarcastic !

Yes, I know it says 'available 31.12.14' - but that is just the most recent of many similar release dates.

So it will almost certainly be on the list for 2015 :declare:

TT from Piko, I'm guessing a 119/219/229. I wish they'd do some wagons to the standard of their H0 classic range. From Arnold, some sort of DR coaching stock, I'd guess rekos or UIC-Z. Outside bet on Arnold, 250/155 or even 252/156. Perhaps a grain wagon. Kuehn might finally release one of their TT shunters.  MTB, perhaps a CD 742.

Tillig will do something pointless to try and steal a march on one of their competitors. How dare these upstarts challenge their monopoly...?  If there are any original thoughts left in Sebnitz, then I'd guess Bombardier Twindexx.

I'd also predict another established brand launching TT models, perhaps Brawa.

I also expect to see more NS stock in N from Piko, from the current trend towards early modernisation stock I'd suggest 1100 or Plan-W coaches.

Oh no!!

I won't be able to resist them but I have already run out of room to build any more layouts!!

Who says you need a full layout? Modular is the way to go ;)

There you go Ian ;) We set up HSBeemoRmwebMod!

Now Hornby International have made some announcements: http://www.hornbyinternational.com/galeria/

Also there is a list of what is coming from Roco: http://www.mostviertler-modellbahnhof.at/info.htm#aktuelles(item descriptions only, no pictures!).

Stummis http://www.stummiforum.de/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=119507have some talk about what Märklin & Trix are planning but nothing seems confirmed by the appropriate website yet however one item of interest to me is a Bavarian G5/5, DB 57.5 as well as a DB 18.5 and a double pack of a Swiss Ee 3/3.

Cheers,

John E.

Both the USATC and the US snow blowers were announced last year so they are not really "new announcements"

What I do like is that they have, at last, got round to doing the SBB Re 460 with sound......and new pantographs as well

  • 2 weeks later...

I've just received news that ESU Engineering Edition are to release a pair of my favourite locos in H0.

Coincidently they are the BR94 and the E94 both of which will be available in many different liveries. I only said a few weeks ago, what could they do with a steam loco?

I can foresee some selling going on!

Cheers,

John E.

Edit: Found a link to the catalogue: https://www.menzels-lokschuppen.de/Neuheiten-Prospekte/scroll down a little plus you can see many more catalogues!

As the toyfair's kicking off today, here's what has caught my eye...

Czech N gauge becomes mainstream... Trix and Kuehn have both announced Goggles.  Kuehn already do suitable double deck coaches and 372 electrics.  Type Y/B and Halberstadts are already available in N, as are Eurofima coaches.

Rocky Rail have announced an NS Plan U in H0, allowing some nice pre-2000s Dutch branchline modelling.
