Throat lozenges?

That would make a fine name for an industrial layout set in the grim North East.

All Q6', J94's  and hoppers.......

In other news, Mutton now has new signage.

In fact, aside from making sure one's drapes are ironed, the layout is ready for it's trip to the seaside this Saturday..........what have I forgotten?

Blue suede shoes?

I think not old boy. One's blue crepes would clash with one's green drapes.

Simply awful darling.

Never mind all that, what happens when we leave the E-ewe ?

With the Prime Muttons visit to Wales today it doesn't look good.

Will Mutton loose any subsidies for scenic and modelling purposes, because if that's likely then I may well have to start ( another ) campaign to help ?

Not happy, not happy at all !

Evening all.

I am sure all will be fine, G. Plans are ahoof that there will be minimal changes to Sheepland.

In other news, Mutton is loaded and on the launchpad ready for tomorrow's sprint along the M5 and bendy roads thereafter to reach Minehead.

Hope to see a few RMweb types at the show.

Mange tout.

Morning all.

Up at Sparrowf@rt, as you can tell.

Setting off shortly. I hope to miss out on the traffic but fully expect to catch it on the way back.

Most excellent to see you today Rob.

Sign looks great.

I won't mention the other thing,

Bonjour M.

It was a jolly good day out I have to say.

Thoroughly enjoyed myself amongst very good company.

Mutton behaved and provided a very good account of  itself.....................I was a proud Dad indeed.

Here is a photo taken by Norman Lockhart of a charming diseasel at rest, close to Mutton. A very fine jobbie by Mr M. Magnet. Just lovely.

One trusts that one didn't encounter any excessively tedious traffic on the way back to the Principality?

Going in the other direction, we were caught up in the obligatory tail-back, due to two cars getting a bit too friendly and blocking the inside lane.

Just before that, I had thought that the tatty silver Ka was driving a bit too close to the rear of the light blue Citroen in the middle lane and, guess what, a few minutes later, when we were all in the queue for the other two herberts (who had blocked the inside lane), there was a further shomozzle as everyone in the middle lane had to divert round the tatty silver Ka and the light blue Citroen, where the former had kissed the rear bumper of the latter.

Once clear of all that malarky, CTMK's steed made good time and we were back at Kernow Towers earlier than the nice lady on Google estimated we would be.

A jolly nice day out all in all and we also saw some steam locomotives.

Hi G.

Very humbled by it all. Never even entered my woolly head that something like this would ever come my way.

All the other layouts present were of a very high standard indeed. I had no idea such a presentation was made at the show so it came totally out of the blue.
