The three from the current layouts are supporting Bleat Wharf at present. I will probably pop the two from these proposed schemes in the attic for now. Or I could hinge them and use them as a fiddly yard for Lambton. Who knows?  Life's an adventure.......

What happens to all the small tables, Rob?

Or you could clear the front room and have an oriental night ?

Are you still using just Humbrol weathering powders for your work, Rob? Asking for a friend.

You could be missing a trick here Rob. Contact IKEA and ask if they've noticed a upsurge in the purchasing of their small tables and when they ask why your asking you can explain its down to all your followers buying them and would they consider sponsoring your next build. Just remember to add a zero when they ask how much you'd accept.

Morning all.

Navigating You Tube, I came across this.

There's a lot of small clips on there from Alan Snowden. Lots of detail in the clips despite being generally quite short.

Great bit of film. Even allowing for the hand held camera the ride looks a bit rocky - were they known for inducing travel sickness?

Fascinating stuff. There's so much going on, you have to watch it a couple of times.

Spot on. Loads of detail in the background.

This is the same.

Another from Alan Snowdon. Again, its the detail he captures in the background.

Martin Goodall once fitted a BLT into 4’ by 1’ — in P4 (Crichel Down) but he didn't have an engine shed. Appeared in MRC in January 1986, not long before it ceased publication.

I have the very same article....filed in my "to keep" pile...

Not a region I'm familiar with however It's an interesting vidjoe nonetheless.

One thing that struck me was the height of the signal posts which seem to tower above the line.

Afternoon, Grahame. I'm on quite the learning curve given my latest projects. I'm enjoying the change and finding new information about a region I gave very little attention to. I am of course focusing on minor Great Eastern lines as this is where my new found interest lies.

I missed out on the W&M railcars and as you say, when they come up for sale, bidding goes mad. I have the remnants of a motorised Airfix railcar, with a bit of careful bodging ( read - a new body kit from Dapol ) it might just see service again. But it really isn't in the same league.

They're a nice model, Rob. Its possible of course that they will reappear under the EFE branding as per the Hymek.......in fact  you can bet that as soon as I acquire one from Ebay having paid over the odds, they will do just that.......'tis the way....
