I placed a takeaway order from there last night. The delivery chap rang my doorbell and as I walked out to meet him he shouted at me "ISOLATE ISOLATE !"

I said " Mate, you're not that late I only ordered 10 minutes ago !"

A fat chance of being fluct when your wife is locked down in another country!

I have a similar problem, but we are at least in the same country, I'm in Plimuff and the girlfriend is in Reading.

Morning all.

We start the day off from with another dark/Peckett/sun image from the lens of Norman Lockhart.

The Pecketts will of course be weathered in due course but I have run out of Matt Varnish.......I await new supplies which have been ordered direct from Humbrol. I tried a few places but it does appear to be in short supply.

In the meantime, I shall add a bit of additional colour to the buildings and build the loading dock.

I do like this shot for some reason Rob.

To me it looks like a natural but badly taken pic of the real thing, as would have happened back in the day of Roll Film, and so adds to its realism, IMHO.

Well done on a cracking little very photogenic Layout.:good:

Now that got me thinking, Andy.........

That shot could have been taken at night...

A Peckett at rest, illuminated by the light from the yard office at Sheep Dip....

Thank you.

No pun intended but that last shot was a bit of a light bulb moment inspired by Andy P.

a chance encounter with a small LACK shelf

I'm trying to picture that. You met on the stairs? It greeted you in Swedish? You mentioned the spare bedroom?

Sorry Rob, am feeling silly today. Those photos are great. No. 30089 looks like it was made for Bleat Wharf.

Leading on from the above, Norman has visited Bleat Wharf this very afternoon and provides a couple of views of 30089 worrying a ventilated van.

And under a dull and leaden sky.

Very atmospheric, Mr Sheeptrouserpress.

Hi Mikkel,

In a way you're not far wrong. Memsahib passed the shelf to me and asked if I could use it for anything...........Challenge accepted.....and adapted accordingly.

In relation to the B4, I agree. It does look the part and they run so very well. Big for an 0.4.0T. I'm looking forward to the next batch with the K14 boiler.........
