The Sheep Chronicles. Like a Lambstone Cowboy. The continuing adventures of Norman Lockhart.

Thanks Nick.

I do like the Q1 but it is somewhat far removed from a bucolic little branch line such as Lamb Regis.

( and, truth be told, it doesn't really go through the holes to the fiddle yard on Mutton. )

Quite......Truth be known, I am loath to make said holes bigger as it would allow me to run all sorts of things through it.

As it stands, Mutton self restricts locos to ex-L&SWR types, dainty and fine that they are...........

None of these uncouth types...........though a Pannier does fit but we don't mention that.

Oh dear, I thought we had put all that behind us.

More work to be done here, then!

Well, you'd think, wouldn't you?

It didn't stop certain anarchists and intellectual radicals placing an Eastern European steam locomotive in the loop at Bleakhouse Road one cold, November day, while the local inspector was off negotiating with A. York Diesel Suppliers for an 03 body.

Of course the restrictions offered by the holes on Mutton prevent anything untoward being thrust in........

I offer the attempt by Stubbers to insert a Class 22 which failed and almost required surgery to remove.

I thank you..

I thought speed was a recreational substance in the 60s.

Old enough to live through it, not old enough to indulge in it.

They do say that we tend to model a period some 15 years prior to our arrival on the planet.

In my case that's about right, give or take with my modelling generally between 1950 and 1960.........

What sort of Welsh Border Collie is that?

Most disappointed.

It's a small Southern sheep dog.
