MrWolf
I was once told that the LMS diesel shunter built on an old Midland 1F chassis was a myth. Nope. Might make an interesting project to build one. "Paxman and Diesel Rail Traction" https://www.paxmanhistory.org.uk/paxrailt.htm

RMweb Gold NHY 581 Posted October 23, 2021 Author RMweb Gold Share Posted October 23, 2021 (edited) Morning all, After a bit of a busy/frustrating/bang head on desk/no time to scratch my @rse sort of time in work over the last few weeks/months I can now draw breath for a bit as I now have a week off with the Memsahib and Memsahib Minor. Inevitably, there are the 'jobs' to be attended to but somewhere hidden amongst it all will be 'modelling time' and 'reading time' I will of course make some progress with Project X, however little that progress might be. Aside from that, there will also be some opportunity to play with my new friends, the diseasals of which, I have my eye on another example............... Updates to follow. Rob.
