Any chance you could tell me what wagons are covered in the N gauge engineers stock

Thanks!

The wagons are:

BR 12T Pipe (Parkside Dundas PN07)

LNER/BR 13T Highfit (Parkwood ModelsTCRC No1)

BR 13T Medfit (Parkwood Models TCRC No12)

I think with only scanning the article that these are wagons that would have fallen into Enginners department use although not built as ballast/spoil wagons.

I hope this helps.

Note: the rights (moulds) of the Parkwood kits have been sold to the N Gauge Society. I don't know if this restricts their sale to Society members. They are, though, still in production - we made 250 of kit 12 last week.

One hates say it but it still appears that BRM has a ECML/LNER/BR(ER) bias with the reappearance of Billingham (as good as it is) which was in BRM less than two years ago. Surely there are good mainline layouts from other regions around. I also think that saying the track plan was in the June 2008 issue does a disservice to new readers of BRM and all those who do not have that issue to hand.

Like ChrisF I eagerly await to see what Hornby Mag does with Potterbourne.

  • 4 weeks later...

A petty question, I'm sure but my March subscription issue has "Month 2010" on the spine rather than "March 2010". As a new subscriber to the magazine with the March issue being the first, I wondered if this was normal for subscriber issues? If it is, then it is going to be rather confusing to find a particular issue if they all say "Month Year"! Is this a ploy to get you to buy the binders to hold them.....?

Regards,

Steve
