daveymills
Seems odd that Hattons are in first with these proposed models, before the likes of Tower and Howes.
steve fay
Hattons have commissioned LTD's from Heljan in the past with both the Garrett & teddy exclusive to them so I suppose it's not that unusual.
wirey33
So all these sectorisation era liveries are being applied to locos with skirts? Oops.
TEDDYBEAR D9521
On Towermodels site all the updated visions of the 37's and liveries from Heljan today
daveymills
at first glance, the later versions seem to have the skirting cut-away....however it looks as though they have just painted the skirts the same colour as the buffer beams..... two tone green
Hello Brian, Is the motor set up in the new centre head code 37 similar to the new class 25 just released. Thanks. Regards TTG
brian daniels
Chassis and motors are the same as the old split headcode 37 so if you have enough power they should doublehead ok.. This one will have a LED lights though sticking up from the front of the chassis so the body will release with only the fan wire to disconect. TEDDYBEAR D9521
Does look like ones adrift. yes it does one photo but if you look at the front end shots of the green and dutch one it looks like they got class 31 handrails they curve outwards
deltic17
yes it does one photo but if you look at the front end shots of the green and dutch one it looks like they got class 31 handrails they curve outwards Yes well spotted - cab handrails definitely seem to be pointing outwards

steve fay
Popular models indeed, Heljan are considering another run in about 5 months if demand is there
37114
The non green/blue ones are disappointing, I can understand Heljan not wanting to tool up a separate bufferbeam/nose but I would have thought they could have got enough sales to justify the mould costs on the blue and green versions alone as they did with the split box.... John Tomlinson
When I spoke to Tower during the course of last wek, they advised that my GSYP version would be delivered this coming Wednesday. So not long now! John.
