csiedmo
Hello all, Does anybody know what the difference is between the BR Mk1 SK Coaches that Farish produce in the 374-050 to 374-055 range and those that they produce in the 374-060 to 374-064 range? They keep flipping production between the two ranges, so I assume that there must be some detail difference. In their past products guide they describe the two ranges slightly differently, but words mean the same thing! Many thanks, Ed
Padishar Creel
Hi, Using Auntie Google, I'd say that the 374-06** are Blue Riband versions and the 341-05* are ex-Poole Hope this helps es grüßt pc
csiedmo
Thanks, but then why would they discontinue for example "Blue Ribband" 374-061C and announce "Poole" 374-053G for 2015?
RMweb Gold TomE Posted March 4, 2015 RMweb Gold Share Posted March 4, 2015 The 050-055 numbers were previously the old Poole Range, whereas the 060-065 numbers were the new tool range. Now that the old Poole tooling is no longer in use, it is probable they are just re-using the item numbers but with the new tooling. 374-053 for example has always been a Maroon SK, but from 053G onwards it will be the new tool version. There are no detail differences in the new FK tooling between the two number ranges. Tom.
csiedmo
That seems to be an odd way for them to go about things, but fair enough. Thanks very much for your replies chaps.
