Finnish railway station building

Petri Sallinen

Recommended Posts

I have designed the Finnish railway station building by using 0,3 mm etched nickel silver plate with resin casting parts. The construction is very simple — like the box. The prototype of the model is very typical in Finland, it comes from the beginning of 1900´s century and based on using wood that was also typical in Finland. The scale of the model is 1:160.

Petri,

These models look superb! Are these kits for sale? Where can I buy one? Do you have a website or email address? A link please!

I thank you very much for your feedback. You are able to see my and my brother´s Finnish models in our Facebook sites — no registration for Facebook is needed. Texts are only in Finnish (I am sorry for that) but there are lots of pictures. You will find there both 1:87 scale and 1:160 scale models.
