DAVE1562
Still on with lighting...station interior is work in progress, new pcb ordered to dim down the led's as at the moment way too bright... have also noticed a bit of light showing through the walls but hopefully dimming will cure that.....

wigancg
Hi Dave, Superb! The new 1366 panniers are gorgeous little models. I too purchased one last week and it is equally as exquisite at shunting. Enjoy using it and excellent updates on the station scene at LM. Cheers, Chris

DAVE1562
Hi all...lots of wiring and a bit of re-modelling this week, finally routed the wires around the layout to be able to connect more lamps and led lighting in the buildings, just need to cut and join with connectors at the board joins if it is ever dismantled for some reason.... also decided to remodel the lift up board where the curve was relaid,it needed a bit more attraction to it so i am fitting a bridge to break that area up,will eventually be a farm track over bridge.... some pics of build.. DAVE1562
This is the state of play now... infilling with newspaper to give landform to give me some idea how it will look, covering using modroc is the next stage and blending in the retaining walls to the landscape. The bridge is removable at this stage so i can paint and eventually will fix permanently...... this board will then be re landscaped to blend in....good space for a old barn?

DAVE1562
Hi all.. managed a few hours landscaping today, finished off the modroc covering on the embankments and blended in the retaining walls...also gave it a bit of a coat of brown base ...just need to get some more earth mix base scatter, not as much in the tub as i thought .... at the moment the bridge can be removed to allow access to do the scenics and ballasting,at some stage will be fixed permanently... ...
