Informal group who meet to run coarse O gauge trains vintage or modern, clockwork or electric 12v and 20v. Visitors may bring their own locos, rolling stock and goods wagons to run on the group’s tracks so Hornby tinplate and Bassett-Lowke may run together with modern O h=gauge like Ace, Darstaed, Seven Mill. Main layout has three tracks in radii 24” 36” (both Hornby-type tinplate ) and 49”".5” Atlas. AT the moment, we run on 3-rail but aim to make 2-rail running possible at our Dec 19th meeting. Our larger radius Atlas track will permit some fine-scale locos such as MTH. The main layout has no points. If you have a fine-scale loco which you think will run, do bring it along. Get in touch to check track-suitability if not sure.

The venue is spectacular and is next to the 82-arch, 1.2km long Harringworth railway viaduct. Possibly the most beautiful and picturesque model railway venue in England. Fantastic home-made snacks with tea/coffee etc. A warm welcome awaits. No membership is necessary.

Meets are usually bi-monthly on the fourth Monday of the month in the even-numbered months.
