This will be the 53rd exhibition to be held in Mickleover and will follow the usual successful format with all layouts belonging to the Club or to its members.
The Clubrooms will be open featuring three layouts (Duffield OO, Hillandale OO and Warner Street O) with the others in the Community Centre supported by traders and our popular second hand stall. The tearooms will be open for light refreshments.
This year will feature the final showing (in the East Midlands) of our well known and much loved layout, Farkham which has over the years featured in all of the major modelling magazines. the layout will be put up for sale after its final show at the NEC in November.
Our large OO layout Duffield (as seen recently in BRM) will be featuring 'modern' motive power without a steamer in sight - at least you'll find plenty of those on the other layouts!
