Layouts attending

 

Albrikham - Our own large OO layout with plenty of trains moving around. It is not based on any prototype or area but we do try to operate trains in the same era.

 

Broadwater Depot - This is an O gauge layout set in the 1960/70s using steam and diesel locomotives. It is based on an engine shed and uses DCC equipment. Many of the locomotives are equipped with sound.

 

Dunwich - An N gauge DCC layout built by one of our members. A small terminus station based in the late 1960,s on the East Coast of England.

 

Ensbury Park - This N gauge layout represents a fictitious Somerset and Dorset Joint Railway terminus in north-west Bournemouth with through services linking to the London South Western main line. The track has been hand built to N gauge clearances but using code 55 track and 2mm association sleepers.

 

Garreg Wen - This layout is narrow gauge and is based in Snowdonia in the Victorian period. The station is a modest upper terminus for passenger working of a former horse tramway.

 

Greenfield Sidings - A large OO layout, it represents an area on the outskirts of a town where two lines of different railway companies run along side each other to a common station in the town centre.

 

Kidmore Gumstump - A small N gauge layout based on a famous 1950,s track plan. The board is 4ft x 1ft and using a zig-zag track layout.

 

La Caisse - A compact Z gauge layout with a bias towards modern Western European and featuring stock of France, Germany, The Netherlands and Switzerland.

 

Mill Falls - An HO American layout. Mill Falls is a fictitious town set in New England in the 1950's, it is somewhere close to route 1, which links Boston with Bangor, Maine. The town represents a busy manufacturing are with several industries. Railroads running through the town are Boston & Maine, Maine Central and Newhaven.

 

Somewhere in France - A narrow gauge N scale layout based in France.

 

Woodlea - An imaginary N gauge modern image layout. It features a canal with two locks, a continuous main line allowing full length trains. There is plenty of details to grab your attention.

JB'S Model World - Rolling stock storage solutions, cases, boxes and foam trays. Also N gauge scale detailing items.

 

Neil Cresswel l- New and secondhand model railway items.

 

Page Components - Suppliers of tools and equipment for modeling and crafts. Their range includes small handtools and accessories, soldering irons, wire, switches and nuts, bolts and washers. Also O gauge wagon kits.

 

West Wales Wagon Works - This company specialises in limited edition wagons in both N and OO gauges. In time for this show will be an OO wagon for Maidenhead Industrial Co-Operative Society.
