Lovely event with some great layouts and more catering choice than I've seen at other events locally.  The team running the show were very welcoming and the show seemed busy and popular.  It was also possible to pay for entry by card which I appreciated.  The only challenge was viewing the two permanent layouts on the upper floor of the museum as due to the small space and large number of attendees it was rather warm and claustrophobic, though the layouts were worth the effort.

As an N gauge modeller North Colton and Bytoft Creyk stood out, but the industrial settings of both Copper Wort and Moorton Bottom Yard had me giving serious thought to modelling in other scales as both were beautiful.  The working wagon elevator in Moorton Bottom Yard especially caught my wife's attention as her highlight of the day (aside from purchasing N scale farm animals from Caistor Loco which she had tremendous fun picking out).
