Β Regardless of if the nasty stuff is on road or rails, Evacuation is a standard emergency procedure with a lot of these chemicals. Personally , I'd rather they be on the rails, instead of on the road, surrounded by hundreds of thoroughly inconsiderate Private Motorists whose sole Mission Mindset is "Must get in front of the Lorry, regardless"...
