Garethp8873
I'm looking at getting the Bachmann Murphy Brothers Private Owner wagons that Murphy Brothers Limited did a few years ago. While I know Waterford is in Ireland, did Murphy Brothers have Offices based in the UK at all or was it just Ireland? Wanted to check before I spend money and learn otherwise... Their 141 and 181 BoBo locos were produced under the Bachmann brand but the subsequent 071 and 201's have Murphy's own branding, as do the coaches they've produced. If this is the case then it's probably a UK version in fictitious livery. You might want to check through http://irishrailwaymodeller.com/forum.php? Jenny Emily
I remember these being available through Ian Allen for a while certainly in the Manchester shop. They looked quite nice, but terribly narrow gauge compared to what the originals would have been given Ireland has a wider gauge than mainland UK!
