garethashenden
I'm looking for several different axleboxes for pregrouping companies. GER type A. jwealleans
Only ABS as far as I know and good luck getting them from him. 5 & 9 might do the LBSCR ones... Bill Bedford did a few via Shapeways but the postage made them uncommercial. If you can't find any, 3D printing may be the way to go. The Line societies may also be able to help, of course. Thanks, I have just ordered the LBSCR ones from 5&9. ABS have the more recent GER style, but not the older ones.

garethashenden
The Cumbrian Railways Association have some available but I'm not sure what type / maker. All I see there are coach axleboxes, nothing for wagons.
Guy Rixon
For the LCDR type axleboxes, I use MJT's GNR axleboxes (http://www.dartcastings.co.uk/mjt/2253A.php without springs and http://www.dartcastings.co.uk/mjt/2253.php with). For the SER, I presume that you want the "D-type" axlebox, which seems, from photographs, to be the most common for ordinary wagons. I need these myself and haven't found anything close. AFAIK, only D&S ever made castings and those were only sold in whole kits. ABS may have the masters for these. I plan to make CADs for these myself and to put them on Shapeways, but it won't be happening until I get some proper dimensions for the full-size box. BTW, if you want buffers for your SER wagons those are on Shapeways already: search for SER wagon buffer. Disclosure: my shop and I make (a trivial amount of) money on them. Thanks, I had come across your shop on the Scalefour forum and I will get some. The GNR axleboxes actually look pretty close to the GER ones I'm after.
