Kenton
Kenton's been away for a short break and as it was railway related, of sorts, a few poor quality photo clues were taken. A competition - of sorts. No prize for the winner. Just the satisfaction you beat the rest. Exact location required. (google maps etc invalid - I can't see them on here) No one, seriously, will get it from the first clue but it will point you in the right direction. If you know what it is, then you know where it is, and you will be in the vague area.

Kenton
steam locomotives move .. well this one did. England 1 point for vague proximity West Country? I should deduct a point for trying to be too clever as it is miles away.

Nearholmer
Yes, if I'm allowed a second go: Sir Keith Park, making ready to leave Kidderminster. But, last time I was there, the loco was facing the other way. Do they have a TT? Kevin

Either Taw Valley or Sir Keith Park as both are facing BridgnorthWell done .... now we are heading in the right direction .... So maybe we skip clue 2 as I had just arrived on it and we move much closer to the real location ...

Kenton
Bideford? I think that last clue might have confused some of us? Although the first loco was a West Country. My location is not in the West Country, not in Taw Valley and is not a loco.
