This small project has helped kept me sane while not being able to get on with larger projects.

 

 

 

Yes, the bridge is on 5% gradient - is not the picture!

 

 

 

The alternative bridges disguise the join between two boards (like the bridge I never got round to finishing on my Country Boards), the power to the bridge track being carried through the side railings.

The picture above was taken before the static grass was added. This helps to cover the join between the road piece, that covers the board join, and the bottom of the abutments and wing walls.

 

It has been good to complete this idea of how to disguising board joins, albeit on a piece of work that will probably never carry any traffic. One for the show case. although it could be slotted into a layout sometime!

 

Hopefully back to more serious modelling soon.
