10800
Had a short break last week, and took a few railway related photos. Firstly, whilst Mrs 10800 was at a conference in Stoke, I had a drive around looking for some decent locations on the WCML; not easy given all the hardware in the way and the high safety parapets on all the bridges, but found this spot at Stableford just next to the A51 where a public footpath runs along the edge of a field next to the boundary fence. Then for the view-in-the-landscape just north of Baldwins Gate (A53) After little success in finding anything else, I went off to Stone to have a look at the restored station - would make a nice model as stations in junctions often do: Pendo takes the Trent Valley route avoiding Stafford And to end Part 1, a public footpath crossing the main line which I'm surprised H&S haven't got at Continues at http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index.php/topic/11190-10800s-travels-pt2-and-a-mystery-location/page__pid__98940__st__0&?do=findComment&comment=98940
