c2c
I'm currently involved in modelling a POA Sheerness Scrap Steel open wagon, what I desperately need is a drawing or photo of the chassis configuration, especially the diagrammatic layout of the longitude beams and cross bearers. Can anyone help me please?

Fat Controller
There was a spoil- train derailment in South London/ North Kent a few years ago where some of the wagons went over the side of the brick arches, ending up upside down or on their sides on the road below. I believe that some former Sheerness Steel wagons may have been amongst them. The RAIB site may have photos, as might local papers.
