Chris Nevard
This old celebratory menu found recently in the Bell Hotel Winslow (Bucks) makes and interesting read. Lots of hearty artery clogging stuff.
10800
Fantastic find . They would have had to run behind the train to work that lot off! No sausage rolls, egg mayo sandwiches or muffins though
eastwestdivide
Looks like the flies found the leftover spills on the menu quite attractive. Odd layout of the lines though - they seem to have equalised the distance between LH margin and LH end of text and the same on the right, so if the two items on a line are of wildly different lengths, there's an unequal space in the centre. Like the line with Chickens en Béchamel ......... Ham
