Where to get and how to apply voltage decals?

Anyone know where I can get those tiny voltage decals (pictured below) and how trivial is it to apply these? (my fingers aren't small!)

You mean the overhead warning flashes, I got mine from 'Fox Transfers'

Railtec transfers are probably the best ones, just check your prototype for the version. Pop them in some lukewarm water for a few seconds then apply to the side of where you want it to end up on your model. I use the blunt end of tweezers to slide it off backing paper and into position.
