Running trains on XtrackCAD

I've managed to concoct a layout and placed a couple of passenger trains on it using the stock within the program (80' long passenger cars and AC4400 locos). I know that the program detects end of track and points set against the train, thus bringing it to a halt. Does the program also detect collisions if two lines are too close to each other going round a curve, or do I have to eyeball it by zooming in as the trains pass each other?
