Like it says in the topic. Have done a search and come up empty handed.

 

The loco that needs painting is E6001 as delivered and was, I understand, just plain green with no stripe.

I've been using Ford Laurel Green for this application, & everyone has found it perfectly acceptable...

I will have a look at Jaguar BRG. The Ford laurel is the wrong shade foir SR electric loco's. I use it on other diesels.

I think I came up with something that is pretty close and that is Ford Pine Green over a white primer. Next thing is, can anyone point me in the direction of a colour photo of E6001 as delivered.

What did you search for?

 

I thought these things were just the same colour as the contemporary SR emus and coaches.
